Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 2-year warranty for the installation and charger. If desired, we can extend it to 5 years for an additional fee.

What is single-phase and three-phase installation?

Single-phase installations, common in Portugal, allow charging up to 7kW. With a three-phase installation, you can charge up to 22kW, three times faster. If you drive 100 km per day, you only need 1 hour of charging with a three-phase system or 3 hours with a single-phase system. Using a regular socket it would take 9 hours.
