Self-consumption without the paperwork, from 28 August
Up to 800 W of installed power there is no design, no registered installer and no responsible technician, and no DGEG registration, as long as no surplus is fed into the grid (Decreto-Lei 130/2026). What stops the export is the meter that goes in the distribution board. The panel connects by MC4, the unit plugs into a socket, and the day's energy is stored for the evening.
